(We unfortunately bought a house that had windows already installed incorrectly, found out they were on the outside of the siding. One was leaking water and the others were letting bugs, air in etc, plus they were just plain ugly to look at! So we got ahold of BC window to see if they would be willing to fix a prior contractors mistakes)

Bill and his crew came in and completely fixed all of our existing windows and got them re-installed properly and with new trim in the matter of just a couple days! We are so thankful for their hard work. Now we have hope again for our home! Bill was excellent and we’re so thankful he was able to help us with this project.

We ordered windows for our home from BCWindows, LLC & General Contracting. Our windows were installed yesterday. We highly recommend them. The windows are beautiful, great quality. We needed a sliding glass door repaired quickly, so I contacted BC Windows LLC and spoke with Bill. I explained that we had two dogs, and we used the sliding glass door countless times throughout the day to let them in and out to our backyard.

Unfortunately, our door was the original door for the home, and the track that the door slid on had become worn out, making it extremely hard to open or close the door. Bill came out and inspected the door. I was delighted when he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with the door and explained that the door we had needed to be replaced. With his explanation and showing me the problem, I knew he wasn’t trying to upsell or trying to scam me.

Bill was able to find a door that was the correct size and color-matched the rest of our windows in the home. During the install, he was cautious about laying down drop cloths and tarps to protect my flooring as he removed the old slider. Once removed, he took the time to ensure the new window would fit properly, and it was level so it would open and close without any issues. After he did his work, they cleaned up everything better than when they arrived. Bill also took the time to explain the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient with the door, but I do have to admit the only thing I heard was that the door would keep our home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

With the old door sometimes, you would feel a draft through the door on windy days. Well, that doesn’t happen anymore with their job. The slider is sealed correctly and looks fantastic.

Overall we are very pleased with our experience with BC Windows, LLC and would highly recommend them for your next project.

The double front doors of our new construction home were always wobbly and never shut securely, or tight. It was awful. It seemed so messed up and wrong I didn’t even know where to begin.
I was given this companies contact and they helped us so much!! It was all fixed so quickly too!! They now work perfectly. Have a tight seal, and are sturdy. Can’t thank them enough.

BCWindows, LLC & General Contracting is unquestionably one of the top businesses in the State of Washington. I solicited their professional services on three different occasions. In each instance, my request for door replacements, windows, and recently a no-notice request for an emergency expansion of an attic for a Rental house was completed expeditiously with top-quality material and workmanship.

It is important to note that the no-notice emergency request to expand a second-floor attic to install a new furnace was to keep a military family’s disabled children warm and for their home schoolwork during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although BC Windows’ staff were in the final stage of leaving for an out-of-state vacation, they delayed their departure to accomplish the requested work. The entire project was completed in several hours versus several days at a higher cost than other contractors had estimated to complete the work.

Communications, Fair and Reasonable prices combined with Expert General Contracting are BC Windows, LLC’s strongest attributes. Additionally, the Company appreciates the sacrifices made by United States military personnel and provides discounted rates for each contracted job.

I highly recommend this company… My assessment of BC Windows, LLC & General Contracting is based on 31-years as an Air Force Officer and a subsequent 18-years as a Washington State Manager where a similar work ethic was required for hiring reliable contractors.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new sliding patio door. To say we were a little nervous at first would be an understatement. We quickly found we had nothing to worry about. The team was on time, exceptionally professional and Very friendly. They went above and beyond our expectations from preparation to clean up. The finish work, with meticulous attention to the smallest details, was mind blowing. They’ve set a new standard of “quality” for us. I love looking at the install as much as I love being able to see through the glass door! 🙂 We can’t wait to find another project to tackle with this team.

Bc window came to my sons house to replace a shattered slidin glass patio door. Measured it ordered the replacement and as soon as it was received brought it to install. They were punctual and took precautions to protect the area. They removed the old window and cleaned the area up to make sure no glass remained as there are small children and a pet. Cleaned the window and made sure everything worked properly. Install was quick and professionally handled. Recommend them for any work you need done
