We have nothing but great things to say about BC windows. We had them replace all 16 windows in our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From the time I called for a quote to the day they were installed was just 6 weeks! The installation process was only 2 days and everything was left very clean on the inside and out when they were finished. Bills knowledge and expert craftmanship shown through with helpful suggestions made throughout the process along with recognizing and fixing window trim that had been installed wrong during original construction 40 years ago. The professionalism of BC windows was evident as they installed waterproof flashing on not only our new windows, but on the replaced trim as well. One of our windows came damaged, but Bill immediately informed us he would order a new and come back to replace in just a week, making the process stress-free for us. The man even fixed our front door because he noticed it dragged on swinging! We are so thankful to have met both him and his wife Teresita. They are reliable, friendly, hardworking trustworthy/honest people. They felt more like family than contractors. We look forward to having them out in the future and highly recommend!
